Pardon my knees, but I did want you to see the Rosemary Chicken crepe I devoured in my initial visit to Le Tour Eiffel from Paris Creperie, also winner of Mobile Cuisine's best designed food truck. The crepe itself is rosemary infused, and is filled with brie, chicken, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, and red onions. Served nice and warm, in wrap and a cardboard holder, this crepe is a flavorful but safe choice. I don't mean that in a bad way, more in the sense that you would look at what is in there and say... yeah ok... makes sense. I wouldn't pass myself off as one with extensive experience with crepes, I go by whether I enjoyed the combination. I certainly did. The big app guy in me looked down at this and thought - oh, my food is way down in there. Savory crepes such as these are $8.00 . I'll also add that I found out today that they will serve breakfast crepes all day, which is never a bad thing. |
