If someone does bbq, one way of getting to the heart of the matter is go for the pulled pork, seen here. Good portion. Not much bark, I don't really get any kind of smokiness either. And what's with the cheapo hamburger roll? Come on now, for a $7 sammie, you can do better. The pork did have a good flavor, shortcomings aside. I mixed together some vinegar sauce with mild to give it some needed bite. They also offer sweet sauce and hot sauce. As a grade, I'd go sayyyyy B- ? You did good, but there is better. Same grade I would give to the potato salad, though I'm usually happy if places can manage to rise above the mayo mess that is supermarket potato salad. Good, but nothing terribly creative or interesting about it. I think you all can do better. Bonus points for being pretty damn quick serving up orders.

Update 10/17- I've had the ribs a couple of times and find them pretty tasty, just enough that they gently pull from the bone. Good on their own, better with some of the aforementioned sauces. I like the collards on the side generally. Today I went with potato salad and mac n cheese. The potato salad is in dire need of seasoning. I'm happy it's low mayo content, but comes across not much more than cold baked potato. The mac had the required cheesiness to it, kind of clumpy from sitting around.
